We have the room all night. Restaurant opens at 4 PM, back room is available at opening, planning to have the first presentation begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Second speaker at 8:00 PM. Plan to be out/need to be out at 09:30 PM.
Simple answer, no. This first time we will just order off of the menu. The establishment has asked that if we begin to get numbers there that we consider doing the family style buffet. Room can seat a maximum of 50.
No problem. We are going to attempt to stream out the speaker presentations over Zoom. Links will be posted on this site as well as sent out via email blast if you sign up. Zoom account detail being worked out, goal is to have link available on or before the preceding Sunday.
The Balagio Italian Restaurant
in Mokena was gracious enough
to let us use their back room during the week. Just show up,
order your own food, and tip the staff well.
We will be attempting to livestream the presentations out over Zoom if you cannot make it. We will do our best to have two speakers at each dinner.
